Nearly two years in the making, The Dawning was ready for LUXURY, a Next Agent Up photography and networking event drenched in the luxury that only AR HOMES produces. Real estate agents enjoyed a four-hour networking event where they connected with new colleagues and vendor partners. Professional profile images were taken to help individuals stand out during the 2024 summer season.

This third annual event created by Next Agent Up to benefit Mental Health of America Central Carolinas was one of a kind. This year we ventured into not only raising awareness to mental health and donating $9K to MHA—we also supported an unsuspecting mother-to-be that unfortunately is battling cancer. When we found out her story, we knew we had to help. Our friend and bartender invited her to join us this evening and we were to surprise her with the total amount at the end of the night. Out of the generosity of so many, we raised over $1K and then had some kind husband and wife match that amount. From there, others kept giving.
